AARP Indiana’s Caregiver Connection event is a virtual engagement opportunity for caregivers and others seeking rejuvenation and relaxation. The instructor will lead participants through an easy-to-follow tai chi routine that blends slow, gentle movements and mindful breathing to deliver a meaningful workout and energy flow.

Both caregivers and those who are curious to try something new are welcome! The session is designed as a tai chi class for beginners but is open to those at all levels of practice. Please consult your physician before beginning any new exercise regimen.
