Virtual Painting Class for Caregivers

Join us for a relaxing online painting class to give caregivers a fun break.

Painting for pleasure may promote stress relief, help bolster memory and provide an opportunity to expand your creative growth. This painting class for family caregivers is open to artists of all levels. No previous painting experience is required. An instructor will walk attendees through the process.

To paint along, you will need:

• Acrylic craft paints - Black, White, Red, Blue and Yellow
• Set of brushes - small to 1" sizes - 3-4 brushes
• Canvas, canvas panel, or acrylic paper
• Cup of water to rinse brushes
• Small plate or palette to mix paint
• Paper towel(s) for messes

How to Join

Sign in to your AARP.org account or create an account to register for events. AARP membership is not required. You will be emailed a link to join the class via Zoom prior to the event.
