AARP Illinois is hosting a virtual "Cooking for Caregivers" event aimed at providing caregivers with simple and delightful meal ideas to take the stress out of cooking.

In this class, enjoy a cooking demonstration inspired by The Great British Bake Off. We may not be in the tent with Paul and Prue but we can sure bake like we are! Our tea time lineup includes:

• Banoffee Pie
• Wimbledon Strawberries and Cream
• Spiced Apple Cider Tea

Registered attendees will be provided recipes and new culinary skills as well as caregiver support and resources, underscoring AARP’s commitment to improving the lives of caregivers. If you like, you can download a list of ingredients to have on hand.
