This week’s topic – Food and Mood: Understanding the Relationship Between What We Eat and How We Feel

They say you are what you eat but would you believe that your mood is your food? In this session, we’ll talk about the latest research on the relationship between diet, nutrition, body chemistry and mental health. We’ll review what foods have been linked to better moods and lowered depression, and we’ll discuss some easy changes you can make to your diet today to promote improved mental wellness.
