Chef Amanda will share cooking tips and techniques for making one Italian and one French specialty in this virtual demonstration.

Chef Amanda and her team from The Cookery, Inc., will feature a taste of Italy and France as they demonstrate how to prepare Stuffed Chicken Marsala and Kirsch Flambe Crepes with Cheese and Cherries.
