In this advanced Google Calendar class presented by the non-profit education organization Technology for Tomorrow, we will dive deeper into navigation settings and view customizations. We’ll also cover how to create multiple calendars and share calendars. Additionally, we will show you how to:

• Create Tasks that will integrate into your Google calendar and help you manage your time and to-dos
• Color-code your events to more easily review your schedule
• Share your Google calendar
• Create a separate work Google calendar

Note that this class is focused on using Google Calendar on your desktop computer, not your mobile device.

How to Join

Sign in to your AARP.org account or create an account to register for events. AARP membership is not required. You will receive an email with a Zoom link before class.
