The life of a caregiver can be daunting. This event will focus on resources available for caregivers, caregiving stories, and how to navigate medical care for a loved one, including information on Alzheimer’s Disease, dementia, palliative care and respite care.

  • Dr. Sonya Gunnings-Moton, Associate Dean of Support Services and Engagement and an Associate Professor in the Department of Counseling, Educational Psychology and Special Education at Michigan State University

  • Paula Duren, Founder of Universal Dementia Caregivers
  • Dr. Fei Sun, Professor, Health and Aging Policy Fellow and Levande Gerontology Certificate Program Coordinator at Michigan State University School of Social Work
