Stronger Life and Healthy Living - Endurance

Join our four-week series to learn about key components of healthy aging and improve your fitness, strength, balance and mobility, too!

AARP Kentucky, Lexington Senior Services and Dustin Jones, Doctor of Physical Therapy from StrongerLife Fitness, present How to Build a Stronger Life: A Guide to Long and Healthy Aging, a four-week series covering key components of aging well. 

This class will focus on the importance of building and maintaining muscle strength and how to do so. The 45-minute sessions will be both educational and active, so be prepared to move! Each session will include a mini-workout with standing and seated options. Please consult your physician before beginning any new exercise regimen.

These classes may also be attended in person at Lexington Senior Services.

How to Join

When you register, you have the option to sign up for each class in the series. Sign in to your AARP.org account or create an account to register for events. AARP membership is not required. You will receive an email with a Zoom link before class.
