Gain Tips to Keep Your Brain Healthy

As part of our virtual “Back to Basics” series, Coach SheriAnne will offer tips on lifestyle choices you can make to help slow memory loss.

Changes to your body and brain are normal as you age. But research reveals that your lifestyle choices – a healthy diet, regular exercise and cognitive and social activity, for example – can support brain health and can help to slow memory loss and cognitive decline.

Coach SheriAnne will share tips to help you slow a decline in your memory and the onset of dementia. The discussion is part of Back to Basics, an ongoing series about living healthier, more fulfilling lives.
