Caring for Caretakers

We will gather to share ways to identify burnout in caregivers. Burnout can display itself in how we think, speak, and interact with one another. We will discuss how we can prevent burnout from happening, and answers questions about how caretakers can prioritize their own needs when it may feel difficult to do so.
