Bereavement Group

This is gentle reminder that the Bereavement Group will meet on Monday, March 11 beginning at 1pm here at Sunshine Cathedral. Our topic for the gathering is Anger.

Anger can be an interesting topic as our culture is far more comfortable with anger than with sadness. It is far more acceptable to act out in anger than to show tears; to act impatiently rather than with care; to be unkind rather than compassionate. So we may not recognize anger as the emotion that it is. AND it very often appears during our grief journey.

Please consider for yourself how anger has appeared in your journey of grief and loss.
