Homemade yogurt, or dahi, is a must for every Indian meal. It's a healthy side to pair with your Indian breads or take the edge off the spicy curries. Paneer is a fresh curd cheese used in many Indian dishes.
In this session of our virtual series on Indian cuisine, you’ll learn how to make both paneer and yogurt at home. This is a dairy-based class; we will also discuss alternatives for making non-dairy yogurt. If you like, you can download a list of ingredients to have on hand.
