Between 1964 and 1966, a number of timeless Christmas cartoon classics were released, many of which are still shown annually, including “Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer” (stop-action animation), “A Charlie Brown Christmas” and “How the Grinch Stole Christmas.”

In this nostalgic and eye-opening presentation, Syracuse University Professor Robert Thompson discusses the history and cultural impact of these perennial favorites. Stay tuned in for a live Q&A.
