Cooking Class: Navajo Tacos and Quick Slaw

Chef Amanda will share cooking tips and techniques to help you celebrate Taco Tuesday in style!

Chef Amanda and her team from The Cookery, Inc., will demonstrate how to make Taco Tuesday a hit at your house with Navajo Tacos on Indian Fry Bread and a quick Southwestern Coleslaw. They’ll also share their thoughts on how spending pleasurable time in the kitchen creating delicious meals of favorite foods can help caregivers reduce stress, stay connected and celebrate family traditions. The Cookery will be providing recipes that you can share with your family and friends. If you like, you can also download a list of ingredients to have on hand.
