Chef Amanda and her team from The Cookery, Inc., will be featuring a taste of Cajun Creole as they demonstrate how to prepare Red Beans & Rice and Caramel Pralines. They’ll also share their thoughts on how spending pleasurable time in the kitchen creating delicious meals of favorite foods can help caregivers reduce stress, stay connected and celebrate family traditions.  AARP resources for family caregivers can be found at aarp.org.

The Cookery will be providing recipes that you can share with your family and friends. If you like, you can also download a list of ingredients to have on hand.
