Maintaining or improving your balance is important as you age, as it helps in preventing falls - a leading cause of serious injury and death in older adults - and simply in making daily activities easier to perform. Coach SheriAnne will share tips on how to maintain and strengthen balance, as it is a complex task that requires coordination of body, brain, eyes and ears. The discussion is part of Back to Basics, an ongoing series about living healthier, more fulfilling lives.
