In the first session of our five-part online creative writing series, you will be invited to write a nature-inspired poem as a gift to an important person in your life.

The first class in our five-part creative writing series, Thriving Nature, Thriving Self, will focus on poetry, offering reflective writing invitations that are mindful of our close relationships with nature, along with instructions for lyrically expressing how you experience thriving in a natural setting. We will conclude with an opportunity to share your poems with fellow participants. 

How to Join 

You will need to register separately for each class you are interested in attending. Please note that you must be signed in to your AARP.org account or create an account to register for events. AARP membership is not required. Please do not opt out of event-related email, as you will be emailed a link to join the class via Zoom prior to the event.
