Let loose and dance with abandon to your favorite hits from the '60s, '70s and '80s during this virtual community dance party!

Join Daybreaker's resident MC Elliott LaRue for a 45-minute dance experience designed to build community, spread joy and activate your happy neurochemicals: dopamine, oxytocin, serotonin and endorphins. The invigorating dance party will start with a short yoga warm-up led by Karine Plantadit.

This is an all-abilities event and does not require any exercise equipment. Please consult your physician before beginning any new exercise regimen. 

How to Join  

Please note that you must be signed in to your AARP.org account or create an account to register for events. AARP membership is not required. Please do not opt out of event-related email, as you will be emailed a link to join the event via Zoom prior to the event.
