Let your creative juices flow during this opportunity, presented by AARP Houston and the Asia Society Texas Center, to learn about the history of mandalas and create your own. According to the Asia Society, mandalas are symbols of the universe in its ideal form and are often used as an aid for focusing during meditation. Tibetan monks will create mandalas virtually while you draw one at home. This event is beginner friendly - no drawing experience is necessary.
