This is a gentle reminder that the Bereavement Group will meet on Monday, July 10 at 1pm here at Sunshine Cathedral Square.

Our topic for the gathering is No One Understands How I Feel. When moving through a grief journey, family and friends often feel compelled to share something….though sometimes (often) that something is not what is needed. At some point in our lives, most people either have or will go through their own grief journey. Yet, people are so uncomfortable with grieving that they simply don’t know what to say. No one can understand our journey except us…which is why it is important to seek out those who will simply offer you their presence and a kind, empathic, listen ear.

Please consider for yourself how you feel when connecting with others in your grief journey.
