This webinar will help you find your way.

Topics to be covered include:

The important difference between isolation and solitude

Practical suggestions for reclaiming community

How to build meaningful connections in ways that suit you

The presentation is based on “If You’re Lonely: Finding Your Way,” by Alan D. Wolfelt, Ph.D., director of the Center for Loss and Life Transition and a member of the faculty at the University of Colorado School of Medicine.
