Kristof Grina, a founder and Farm Director of Up Top Acres, will lead guests through the basics of at-home gardening on a rooftop. He'll discuss best practices for getting your garden started, including ideas for small-space gardening. He'll explain some of the best crops for new gardeners and will walk attendees through tips on planting, maintenance and harvesting to keep plants happy and healthy. He'll be presenting from a rooftop farm in the District of Columbia and will explain how Up Top Acres is bringing agriculture into the city!
