The Penthouse 7 dancers are back to teach you some of our favorite dance moves from the 1960s. Join us to learn the Monkey, the Boogaloo and the Shingaling, step by step, and get a great dance fitness workout for your whole body, too. Have a blast getting your heart rate up!

You’ll learn the steps from experienced dance instructors. All are welcome to attend, and make sure you dress to impress! Please consult your physician before beginning any new exercise regimen.
