Pets can provide an increased sense of purpose, help to reduce stress, and encourage physical activity. But they can become more challenging to entertain and take care of when strength, balance and mobility begin to fade. In this virtual pet care workshop, you'll learn tips and strategies for taking care of your fur family as you age. Topics will include adaptive pet equipment such as hands-free leashes, easy-feed pet bowls and long-handled scoops, plus home safety considerations like avoiding falls with a pet in the house. We’ll also cover steps you can take in your estate planning to protect your pets and how to locate different kinds of pet-friendly housing.
