Mindfulness May: Honoring Your Age
Learn the basics of mindfulness meditation as we honor the process of aging.

Hosted by the Center for Mindfulness and Compassion at the Cambridge Health Alliance (CMC) and sponsored by AARP Massachusetts, this program is part of a series to be held each Tuesday in May in recognition of Older Americans Month. Each session will include a 20-minute guided meditation designed for beginners and will be followed by a 10-minute Q&A so participants can ask questions. Classes will be led by Senior CMC teacher Elana Rosenbaum.
How to Join
You must register separately through CMC for each class you are interested in attending. Please do not opt out of event-related email, as you will be emailed a link to join the class prior to the event. This is not an AARP hosted event. Any information you provide to the host organization will be governed by its privacy policy.
