Watch and cook along as Chef Kim demonstrates how to prepare our March menu: Grilled Romaine and ChickUn Caesar, a variation on chicken Caesar salad made with mushrooms. The class is part of a monthly series featuring plant-based dishes that won't require being in the kitchen all day. Registered participants will receive the recipes ahead of time. Meantime, you can download a pdf of ingredients to have on hand.
