This is a reminder that the Bereavement Group will meet on Monday, March 13, 2023 at 1pm at Sunshine Cathedral Square. Our topic for the gathering is FEAR.
Our topic for the gathering is Confusion (Fog).
Many of us, as we age, often have moments of forgetfulness. This is quite common. When you are going through a grief journey, this forgetfulness is amplified. And the confusion associated with grief is not simply forgetfulness but often includes the inability to focus on conversations, to lose our attention when doing simple tasks, etc….
We may feel as if we are living in a fog and nothing can really cut through our grief fog.
Please consider for yourself how grief confusion has affected your life in your journey of grief and loss.
