All the dishes are vegan, gluten-free, easy to prepare, delicious and meant to satisfy as well as support good health. Recipes and shopping lists will be sent in advance. 

Terry is at the forefront of the clean eating lifestyle movement, which emphasizes whole, unprocessed foods. She is a James Beard Foundation Award finalist and recipient of the World Gourmand “Second Best Vegetarian Cookbook in the World” and “Best Vegetarian Cookbook in the United States” awards.
