Hello friends,

I hope you had a peaceful and enjoyable holiday.

This is a gentle reminder that The Bereavement Group will meet on Monday, January 9 at 1pm on the campus of Sunshine Cathedral.

Our topic for this week is Memory. The memories of our dear loved one(s) may bring us joy AND pain; thankfulness AND sorrow; fond memories AND a broken heart. When considering our memories, please know that your feelings can run from the good to the difficult.

For this gathering, I invite you to bring a photo or memento of your dear loved one(s) to share with the group. If you find this too difficult, please consider a special memory that you can share….a vacation, holiday, a significant time, etc…

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me and I look forward to seeing you on Monday.
