Mental Health: Mindfulness, a Gift to Yourself
Science has suggested that only 10 to 12 minutes of consistent mindfulness may benefit mental and physical health.

A practice of focusing awareness on the present moment has been shown to foster a sense of calm and help ease stress, anxiety and depression as well as pain, according to the host of this program, the Center for Mindfulness and Compassion, part of the Cambridge Health Alliance and Harvard Medical School. Experience a brief guided meditation and gain tips on how mindfulness can be practiced throughout the day. No prior experience is necessary.
