So our topic for this week is Those Dates: Anniversaries, Birthdays, Holidays. These are the days that often “trigger” us. We remember the days with joy, love, happiness…and now, maybe, sadness….missing our dear loved one(s). Please consider for yourself your “trigger” days how you can move forward with your life.

For those who have been away from the group for a while, please know that you are welcome to join at any time and particularly during this holiday season.
