This class combines ballet-inspired moves and elements of Pilates. The workout is great for balance, posture and toning. Don’t worry; no ballet barre is needed! Just use the kitchen counter, the back of the sofa, or a sturdy chair.

Barre is offered every Tuesday and Friday as part of our Team Senior Planet program.
