30-Minute Pilates: Improve Your Posture
These exercises are designed to help you support your posture as you navigate your normal daily routine.
We’ll focus on posture in this Mat class, which builds upon basic Pilates moves by adding more functional exercises that you can perform in your daily life. You will be encouraged to practice using your core muscles to support you when you’re in seated and standing positions, both in and out of class. The instructor will offer modifications for all fitness levels, and beginners are welcome.
