Try out some jazzy new dance moves and express yourself creatively through guided movement!

AARP NY and the Saratoga Performing Arts Center present the Ageless Dancer Virtual Series: Swinging Jazz. The six interactive classes will be led by instructor Johnny Martinez, who will guide dancers through gentle warm-ups and beginner-level choreography in a swing-inspired jazz dance style.

This fun healthy-living activity is appropriate for participants of any ability level. Each class is designed to help improve your balance, stability and coordination. Please consult your physician before beginning any new exercise regimen.
