Fitness: Tai Chi for Balance and Wellbeing
This series teaches the gentle, rhythmic, flowing movements and deep breathing of tai chi, which have been shown to have a positive effect on balance, strength, mood and stress levels. In this session, we’ll focus on achieving proper tai chi “structure,” meaning that you move your body through the postures correctly. Making sure that your form is correct is key to improving your balance and well-being. Please consult your physician before beginning any new exercise regimen.
