This week, as part of the “Back to Basics” series, Coach SheriAnne will offer advice on how to keep your stress levels in check at work.

You can’t always avoid the tensions that occur at your job, but you can learn techniques to manage the stress that often results. Learning to ease your stress is a key skill, because overwhelming and chronic stress can harm your health and well-being. Coach SheriAnne will explore why it’s important to pay attention to and manage the stresses that come with your job and how to go about doing so. The discussion is part of Back to Basics, an ongoing series about living healthier, more fulfilling lives.
