Fitness: Moving with Milly Strength and Balance Workout
Enjoy a brisk 45-minute workout that focuses on improving your balance and strength.
All are welcome in this 45-minute low-impact exercise class that will primarily focus on balance and strength. No experience is necessary, and you will have a great time! Make sure to wear sneakers and stretchy, comfy clothing so you can move easily. You’ll also need a water bottle and a sturdy armchair – no rocking chairs. Please consult your physician before beginning any exercise program.
