Fitness: Enhance Your Workout With Yoga Fusion
Fusing yoga with other fitness moves can give your workout added power.
Develop upper- and lower-body muscle strength, better eye and hand coordination and improved posture in this 45-minute class, which melds yogic breathing techniques, stretching, and the use of light weights during certain yoga postures. (Weights are optional).
Fitness moves are woven throughout: body sculpting through the use of 1- or 2- pound weights, yoga straps, blocks and tennis balls, for example. Self-care techniques such as hand and foot massages will also be offered. This is an entry level class, great for beginners!
