Hello all,

Just a gentle reminder that the Bereavement Group will meet again on Monday, September 12 at 1pm here on the campus of Sunshine Cathedral.

Our topic for the gathering is “So Much Left Unsaid, So Much Left Undone.” When grieving the loss of a dear loved one, part of the process is thinking of things you said to your loved one (good or not-so-good) and experiences left undone. These “left unsaid/left undone” can stall our grieving process if we allow them to. We have to remember that we are not perfect and that our dear loved one was also not perfect. And, yet, we still grieve.

And I look forward to seeing you on Monday at 1 pm.
