In-Person  Bereavement Group

Our topic for the gathering is “No One Understands How I Feel.” Frequently in our grief journey, people will tell us that they understand what we’re going through. Well…..just about everyone has experienced grief in some form AND no one can really understand our journey. It is as individual as we are. Though family and friends may have grieved the death of a spouse, parent, sibling, child, dear friend, they cannot fully understand our experience. It is great to have support and often we have to find our own way. It isn’t easy but we can lean on those who care.
