Lalah Hathaway is an American singer known for producing R&B, jazz, and pop music. Since her debut album, Lalah Hathaway, in 1990, she has received ten Grammy Nominations and five Grammy Awards. Outside of music, Lalah helps raise money for breast cancer awareness and treatment to help eradicate breast cancer from the African-American community.
