Together, we'll get a taste for some of Italy's most delicious nibbles and snacks including crostini; caponata, a sweet and sour eggplant appetizer; orange shaped rice balls, and “cicchetti,” Venice’s famed version of tapas. Learn about the fascinating stories behind Italy’s most iconic cocktails like Negroni, Bellini, Aperol Spritz, and Americano. The talk includes a handout with recipes for simple-to-make classic Italian appetizers. Followed by a LIVE Q&A with Francine Segan.
