Enjoy great music and exercise with vocalist, Shannon Wallace, who specializes in interactive music sessions for active adults and those living with all forms of dementia and cognitive impairment.

During this live streaming session, participants can experience full-body movement exercises; memory and hand-eye coordination games; problem-solving games; humor and interactive, reflective conversation, all set to music and/or rhythm.

This workshop is a low impact session with arm and leg movement from a sitting position. Please consult your doctor before starting an exercise program.
