AARP Virtual Exercise - Stretch, Strength & Balance

This rejuvenating class will help you practice balancing postures, breathwork, and stretching to strengthen your muscles and release tension. Join AARP Nevada & Wyoming and attendees from across the U.S for a FREE virtual class at 5:00 p.m. ET 

AARP membership not required.


This unique exercise routine will begin with a mild head-to-toe warm-up to softly strengthen and stretch your muscles and connective tissues, then progress with a mild series of stretching and strengthening movements. Students will practice gentle balancing postures that incorporate breathwork to gently release tension in the body and stimulate the brain. This session also incorporates three of the Six Pillars of Brain Health.
