AARP membership is not required.

During these free one-hour programs, Bloem demonstrates cooking and baking techniques that bring nutritious, and often new, recipes to life. She also answers audience members’ questions and provides substitute ingredients to suit individual palates and dietary needs.

After registering for a session, participants receive recipes so they can cook alongside the chef by video or prepare the dish at a later time.
