Our menu will include Quinoa and Spring Onion Soup with Roasted Asparagus, Buddha Bowl with Carrot Ginger Dressing, and Lettuce Cups with Cannelini Beans and Chimichurri. By the end of class, you’ll agree – it really is easy to be green!
All recipes are vegan, gluten free, easy, delicious, and guaranteed to satisfy AND support your good health!
The class will include a brief and easy-to-grasp nutrition overview, hands-on cooking class/demo for those who want to cook along with her (while some may prefer just to watch), and an opportunity at the end for questions.
