In-Person  Bereavement Group

A gentle reminder that the Bereavement Group will meet this coming Monday, March 14 at 1pm on the campus of Sunshine Cathedral. Masks are strongly encouraged at this time for those who are unvaccinated. All others may use their own best judgment.

Our topic for this week is “Who am I now?” I invite you to read the attachment and consider your journey since your loved one(s) has died. This topic is a common discussion in our group. What do I do now that my loved one is no longer with me? There is no easy answer and the process to finding your way without your loved one is difficult. And, yes, COVID has made the journey even more uncertain.
