AARP NY and the Saratoga Performing Arts Center (SPAC) School of the Arts (SOTA) are proud to present the Ageless Dancer series: 4 unique classes that are designed for older adults ages 50+ who prefer a gentle approach with modifications and variations to accommodate participants at every level.
