Qigong (pronounced chee-gong) is a centuries-old, ancient Chinese practice. A powerful type of health exercise, it relies on the repetition of very precise sets of movement designed to promote physical and mental wellbeing. Many find qigong easy to learn and enjoyable. Even a few minutes of practice can have an invigorating and rejuvenating effect.

Senior Planet fitness instructor Cas will guide you through a 30 minute class. Join to gain a deeper awareness of your breathing and tap into the physical and mental benefits of cultivating one's breath.
