Join Noah Fox as he shares his journey, experience, and passion as a practicing artist and educator focused on engaging conversation, creativity, and the art of storytelling into your work. Each workshop offers unique pathways towards understanding LGBTQIA+ communities and concepts while learning the tips and tools for engaging audiences in conversation that is fun and free of judgment. Designed for professional development and fun, this series will provide participants with new ways of exploring our differences through creative expression. Certificates of Attendance issued for each session. Registration is required for each session. This is FREE to everyone, AARP Membership not required. Event is not recorded.

October 28, 2021 – 7PM ET – My Mshuge Mother: The Yiddish Storyteller: In our second session, Fox will take a deeper dive into his own artistic practice and inspiration as he takes participants on a journey through key works of art. Joining Noah will be his mother Jane, an educator and Yiddish storyteller who was key to fostering an intergenerational lens and ability to use creativity to cope in Noah. Participants will explore concepts of identity through art and traditional storytelling, and the session will culminate with creative prompts to consider.
